NASA's NEW CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY ON MOON &MARS.....
American Space Agency NASA is currently working vigorously on its space missions. In this, its priority is the campaigns of the moon and then planet Mars. During these missions, many kinds of research and experiments are being conducted to enable astronauts to stay in the space for a long time. Therefore NASA is also taking help from private companies. NASA wants to construct some structure by using 3D Printing Constuction system.
What is 3D printing construction?
3D printing, sometimes referred to as additive manufacturing, is a technique to layer computer-controlled materials into three dimensional objects.
This technique is generally considered useful in prototypes and geometrically complex objects. Due to expensive its use was less formed in 1980s. After some research it became affordable in the beginning of this century. It consists of creating a 3D digital model, after which the printers are designed as per requirements.
NASA is working with ICON, a Texas based construction technology company, to create a 3D construction system that will be used in future Moon and Mars missions. This system will be completely for space conditions. NASA is giving a grant to ICON for this work.
ICON is separately creating an entire department of the company whose work will be focused on the Space related work. Jason Ballard, CEO says that, building human's first home in the different world will be the most ambitious construction program in human history that will truly take science technology and architecture to the new heights. It will ensure the human progress in the space and proove to be helpful in solving many problems on the earth.
NASA is planning to build a base camp on the Moon. NASA intends to send humans to Mars in the next decade and for this, it has also started working fast. NASA's plan is that after reaching to the Mars, the passengers who went there, will stop at the base camp of the moon while returning.
At present, NASA is preparing to send the next man and the first woman to the moon in the year 2024, these two travelers will stay there for a long time. For this purpose, NASA's Artemis program has been fully prepared.
